Fundraising Projects
In Djarkpanga, a small amount of money goes a long way. We very much welcome small donations, as these will make a big difference in the local communities. We always have specific projects that we’re looking for help with. On this page you will find information on current projects; you are able to donate specifically towards the project of your choosing.
All these efforts come from the support of the association Diaspora Development of Djarkpanga, TOGO. Since the advent of this association in my locality, I am happy because I have received a lot of help, both material and financial, and it is thanks to this help that I was able to attend and succeed at the end of this year.
For this, I thank the facilitators by greeting this association so that it continues its help for me so that it can continue to support me in studies and be able to support itself and evolve. I also pray that others also come to help as (DDDT) does for me.

Buy a School Bench
£30 per Bench
In 2024, children shouldn’t have to stand up to do their classes in School

Providing the ability for children to sit down in school makes an incredible difference to how they’re able to access learning, Can you imagine your child having to stand for their lessons in school?
DDDT are looking to provide adequate seating for schools across the Djarkpanga region. Each new bench we’re able to provide allows several children to sit during their lessons. Their quality of education will be so much better. If the quality is better, we believe the outcomes the children achieve in school will also be better.
Each new bench costs £30 and is manufactured in Togo.

Sponsor a Child
£15 per Month
You can personally sponsor a child’s education, giving them the gift of a meaningful and successful education, something that will stay with that child for the whole of their life.

For just £15 per month, you can personally sponsor a child’s education in DJARKPANGA, LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL REGION OF TOGO. You have the opportunity to give the gift of a meaningful and successful education; something that will stay with the child for the whole of their life. It will allow them to be the best that they can be, and subsequently contribute to society as an adult.
Your sponsorship provides a teacher to teach the classes, stationery, books, materials, uniforms and other personal items that the student needs. Without Sponsorship, the child can struggle to attend school to progress their learning. Students in Djarkpanga, Togo, receive no external Government or other funding. Their only pathway to a worthwhile education is through sponsorship from people just like you.
When you decide child sponsorship is something you would like to do, DDDT will assign a particular child to you. Please inform us if you would like to support a child of a particular age and / or gender, and we will do our best to facilitate this. As a thank you, DDDT will provide you with details of your sponsored child, and will update you regularly on their progress in school via reports, letters and artwork from the child as relevant.
Please consider making a lasting improvement to a child’s life in DJARKPANGA, TOGO today. Your gift will, without hesitation, change a young life for good
DDDT believe that education is the key to making lasting improvements within the poorest communities. Education positively impacts societal attitudes. It enables children to grow into adults; having greater potential for employment and self-sufficiency for themselves and their families.
Schools also provide a meal for the student during the day; this is not something that the child can guarantee receiving at home. Your sponsorship includes this.
Each child has only one sponsor and 100% of your donation goes towards their educational needs.
